My 7950 gets stuck in a low power state?

Well, medium actually. It refuses to clock up or down, and I'm stuck at 500 core and 150 memory with the voltage at .939V. The default idle state is 300/150 @ .805V, and my performance preset is 1150/1500 @ 1.089V. The card refuses to go to either one of those states though. Reapplying the clocks in CCC or MSI AB doesn't fix this either. Help?

That sounds like a driver crash. Restart should fix it. If it is OC'd add more volts, if it's stock try another driver version and if it persists start toward RMA.

Wow you're right. My drivers just crashed.

My card is OC'd, but I don't see how that could be the problem, because every crash that happens is on my desktop with the GPU at its idle clocks and voltages.

I would still give the volts a bump if they aren't maxed. My card played games fine and rarely had issues, but I had this issue and it didn't start behaving itself properly until the volts hit 1210mV.

edit-1185 actually, but I added a bit more because safety margin is nice and the temps still never hit 60c.
