Hello everybody. I recently purchased a HP ENVY dv6 7210us laptop. A month later I started have random blue screens while using it. There is no signs before the blue screen, and all I ever do is surf the web and do school work; when suddenly... poof. Crash.

I'm following the "Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions" thread. I think I'm following correctly, but if I'm not, feel free to tell me where I went wrong.

· OS - Windows 8 OEM
· x64
· Age: A little over a month
· Age of OS installation - came with the laptop

· CPU - A8-4500M APU
· Video Card - 7640g
· MotherBoard - ??
· Power Supply - brand & wattage - ?? (it's a laptop)

· System Manufacturer - HP
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) - HP Envy dv6-7210us
