Hi, I'm in the market for a full tower case for my new XL-ATX build, and I've narrowed it down to 5 options.

Xigmatek Elysium

Rosewil Black hawk ultra

Bitfenix shinobi XL window

Enermax Fulmo GT
- this is really stretching my budget, but I can still afford it.

And last but not least

NZXT switch 810

I know the switch 810 is extremely popular these days, but I feel like almost everyone has one and I'm looking for something different. I also think the interior of the switch is a bit cluttered. If there are any other good cases that I missed, please feel free to list them.

Thanks in advance smile.gif

What will be the main use of the system? Overclocker? Gamer?
If so its hard to beat the Switch 810 or Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced or HAF X for airflow/cooling?
Sometimes going with the crowd is cool. Also, I once had a girlfriend that was all show and no go!

Lol, I would say builder/overclocker mostly, I need the case to be able to accommodate a 60mm thick 360 rad without much of an issue.

BTW I hate the haf-x. All show and no go is ok for me as long as it's about cases lol.

Non other but the Switch 810. So hard to beat this case for the price and features it offers.

It's not bad really, I'm just irritated that it doesn't have a proper window.

Between the phantom 630 and the switch 810 I prefer the looks of the switch, I like understated looks for the most part.

So, you guys OK with seeing another switch 810 build? lol.

EDIT: After looking at a few pictures, I'm definitely liking the interior of the phantom 630 more than that of the switch 810.

Yeah it's really a shame about that fan on the side window of the Phantom 630. A full windowed panel like the switch would be so much better. I'm pretty sure that I'm still picking up the 630, I really like everything else about it besides that fan/mesh thing. I figure if it really starts to bother me, I'll just mod it.

I think they did a good job of toning down the crazy looks of the previous phantoms, it still retains that phantom look but doesn't seem so bulky.

NZXT 810; no contest.

I am going against the tide here.

The Xigmatek Elysium has so much room to boot, it is scary.

OR

If modding is something you might like, Bitfenix shinobi XL window.

Just my two cents

Thanks for the replies guys, as much as I despise NZXT for not putting a proper window on the phantom 630, the case seems to be infinitely modular and very well planned. I'm trying to decide between the Switch 810 and Phantom 630 atm...
