Crucial balistic ram is pretty decent. That kit should fit with your cooler. Another benifit is low voltage which should give you some overclocking room.

Thanks for all the input, but I have a few more questions. I should of posted this when I started this post. I mostly game on this rig, Arma 2 (and soon Arma 3),Warthunder, and Firefall being my games of choice at the moment. . But more to the point I mostly game, surf, and watch movies. So would I need more then 8gbs? I have read things here and there and it seems I wont need more then 8, but I wouldn't mind hearing a few more opinions.

Thanks again

Also meant to ask since I have a Quad 965 should I fill all the slots (Ex: 4 @2gb for 8 total)? I have read a few things and just like to research before I buy.

8 gigs is good I have that in one machine and never have problems, but adding more will only help.

Well All my 1st pick aren't available lol, so I am thinking I will go with these. I use Mushkin now and they haven't failed me, and even though the timings are 9, i think I will have room to OC them. Really I just want to keep my CPU at the 3.7 that it is. With the ram I have I can only get it to run stable at 3.7, maybe these will help keep me there or even bump it up to 3.8 or a little higher.
