What to voltage to run ram at when overclocked?

I have 8 gigs of 2133 Mushkin Enhanced Blackline RAM and am currently overclocked to 4.3 GHz on an i3-550. Since my BLCK is 187, I have been able to run the RAM at 1866 at 1.65 volts without running any intensive programs; I really just want to know if it is safe to run 1.5 volt rated modules at 1.7 volts to compensate for stability at 1866. And I do plan to save this ram for a later build, because the timings are very flexible. When I plan to run this at the rated speed when overclocked, is it safe (or does it degrade the modules over time) to run them at 1.75-.8 volts?

Several forums say that the max safe voltage is 1.875, but that seems lofty, considering mine are rated at 1.5 for 2133.

Timings are 10-11-10-28 if anyone needs to know.

And HWiNFO64 says that my Systin3 is at 206 degrees Celcius when I run the RAM at 1.7 volts, and I think this is pretty bogus. But then I am not totally sure if Systin3 is the ambient case temp or a junction temperature, so that could be a problem.

To correct my statement "max safe voltage is 1.875 volts", remove "safe" (lol). Typo

I have also read on many forums that as long as RAM voltage is within .5 volts of the VTT, then it is safe from degredation. I just want to confirm this so I don't put the lifetime of my rig at risk.

I would check the stability of your system to see if you even need to run the ram at that voltage.
If the ram is rated 2133 at 1.5v its odd that it would require more voltage to operate at a lower frequency.
Try and run the ram at the lowest voltage that will keep it stable.
