First intel build

This is my first build in a couple years haven't had a gaming rig for a while. Just wanted to see what everyone thinks. I am trying to keep it as cheap as possible.

ASRock Z77 Pro3 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 500W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

SAPPHIRE 100355-1GOCL Radeon HD 7850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card OC Version

ADATA XPG Gaming Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model AX3U1600GB2G9-2G

Western Digital WD Blue WD2500AAKX 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Antec Three Hundred Illusion Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I53570K

I am only getting 4gigs of ram because I have windows 7 enterprise 32bit. As far as I know it will recognize the 4gigs of ram and 1g of vram unlike windows xp where it recognizes 3gig of ram and 1g vram making it 4gig total.
I will probably not be overclocking until the cpu gets bottlenecked so is the stock cooler ok?
Right now my monitor is only 1440 x 900 so I should be able to max my games easily, probably upgrade later to 1080p.
Any Ideas on where to save more money would be helpful because I need a new gaming mouse and keyboard.

I would grab the Samsung wonder ram . (in my rig) just because u got the ram and pc cant use it dont mean you wont upgrade . also if you want you could just pull out 1 stick and have it for a different build.

But build looks good on a budget .

For gaming with this rig, I would stick to Windows 7. I have heard of some problems with games and Windows 8.

Get an Extreme 3 or 4 instead of the Pro 3

I would upgrade to at least a 7870 you can get a used one off of Amazon.com for some great prices. I would also go with at least 8GB of ram, specifically Samsung and go with a 64bit OS, seriously.
