Failed WU's?

Thread Starter
Hey, I just started folding last night so that I can warm my room up throughout the day since the temperature in my room drops to 10C during the night.
I just decided to widen my HFM.NET window and noticed that I have quite a bit of failed WU's. Is this normal?

Have you been pausing the client? Under v7 HFM counts any stops to the client as a failed unit for some reason. If not, check your overclocks, something is unstable.

Yeah, I did pause it a couple times today. If it counts a pause as a failed unit, does that mean I won't get the points for it when it resumes and finishes?

Agreed, that looks like the typical HFM reporting v7 pauses as failures to me as well. But an easy way to double check that you are not actually failing any WUs is to go into your v7 client and switch over to the log tab of the main window and tick the "warnings & errors' box and that will filter and show only errors, and then if you see something there then you may have a problem of some sort.

EDIT: No Drake that is just a miscommunication between your client and your monitoring program, and will not effect your points. May I ask why you need or want to use HFM because the v7 client can do just about everything that HFM does.

I just did that, and yup! It has a couple errors for an unstable machine. I'll get working on that, thank you!
