Yikes, i thought the gtx 560 was decent and pretty recent. guess ill need to upgrade if it isnt up to recent for gaming.

Yeah, I thought you'd react that way. Still, if you're using that TW191D monitor in your sig rig, it's not too bad for gaming @ 1440 x 900. Either way, be advised that the GTX 7xx series is rumored to be coming out in Q4 and judge your situation accordingly.

The OP already has the 560 inside his current rig.

And while the 560 is slightly better than the 650 Ti, it was the closest analog to this gen's current offerings and as such was useful for comparisons.

In theory, your PSU should be sufficient in terms of specs (+3.3V@30A, +5V@50A, +12V1@18A, +12V2@18A, -12V@1A, +5VSB@2.5A). However, it's a pretty low-quality model with an antiquated, inefficient design. If you're going to all the trouble to upgrade all your main components, you probably ought to get a better, more modern PSU as well.

For a rig with a i5/i7 CPU and single video card, a quality 450-500w PSU would be more than enough. Here's a partial list of suitable candidates:

Rosewill CAPSTONE-450
Seasonic SSR-450RM
PC Power & Cooling Silencer Mk. III 500w

That PSU is quite outdated and not the best choice. You won't ever need 750W unless you decide to SLI.

Get one of suggested by svenge.
