on a x58 platform i want to clean kill a 2gb module of ram, how can i do this without killing my cpu ?? please help and advise !

Sterilize?

Use %99 Isopropyl alcohol after shutting down the PC and removing the memory. Put some of the alcohol on a lint free cloth and just wipe off the module.
Leaving it under a UV light for a few minutes will sterilize it too.

what does clean killing RAM mean? Ive never heard of that.

I think what the OP means is kill the RAM without causing damage so it can be RMAed.
