Will these parts work together?

Thread Starter
I am upgrading a PC for a client and we are going from 4GB to 16GB of RAM. We are also going to be reinstalling Windows 7 from scratch and will be upgrading the CPU from i3 to i7, as well as using a SSD cache. I think these upgrades should last her a while and she will appreciate the speed improvements.

Her existing motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3 (not sure if it's Revision 1 or 2) but it does support XHD and I have set this up before using Intel RST so the SSD cache should work nicely to improve the speeds of her existing 1TB HDD.

These are the new parts that I am looking into buying for her machine for about a $500 upgrade:

1x Intel Core i7 3770 Quad Core Hyperthreading Processor LGA1155 3.4GHZ Ivy Bridge 8MB Retail
1x Crucial M4 CT064M4SSD2 2.5" 64GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
1x Kingston KHX2133C11D3K4/16GX 16GB 2133MHZ DDR3 NON-ECC CL11 DIMM (Kit of 4) XMP

Will these parts indeed play nicely together? The Ivy Bridge and the 2133 speed RAM are the only parts that I am making sure on with her existing motherboard. If need be I can also look into upgrading her motherboard if this one just falls below the grade of where it should be for a reliable piece of hardware that will last long-term.

Thanks!

It should work, you may need to flash the bios on the board though.

Here is a review that says the board is compatible with ivy bridge:
