Dynamic vsync microsttuter does not fix, Microstutter is caused by using 2 or more gpu's in tandem because of the delay between the two parts.

Wrong, microstutter happens from poor frame distribution per second, and affects both single and dual gpu solutions. Did you somehow miss TechReport, AlienBabelTech, and many other articles over the recent past about that? AMD's gpu's have very poor frametimes and result in a juddery motion. This doesn't have anything to do with vsync.

Actually i am right, Both sides given i've made many sli and crossfire setups introduce noticeable microstutter when a second gpu is added sorry bro but it's true, dynamic vsync does not fix microstutter, both the 600 and 7000 series from nvidia and amd both get it, Deal with it.

The micro stutter is apparent in both cases. If you game at 60Hz having 120 fps helps because the frame time is only 8ms and the jump is not that bad up to 20ms. Most of the time is a game thing but Nvdia has done work in the past to fix this. This was mostly done on flagship cards most of the time. For example GTX580 had more consistent frames then GTX570. AMD is a bit late but they are working on it too.
