Gskill ripjawsx rams wont start the system. F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL

Hello guys.
I just bought 2x4GB ripjawsx rams. GSKILL 8GB (2x4GB) RipjawsX DDR3 1600MHz CL9 1.5V.
It wont start at 4.2GHZ 21*200 BCLK.
I tried every damn timings and every damn voltage.
Anyone use these rams , can you help me with your timings and voltage?
It wont start even its own XMP profile @ 1600 mhz. Only works with everything default at bios options.
I LITERALLY WENT CRAZY.

First off, you have to chill out - stressing about this kind of stuff just leads to stupid mistakes.

When you're overclocking the default profile won't work because it'll be expecting a 133MHz base clock, apply a 12x memory multiplier to get the 1600MHz. If you OC'd the baseclock to 200, lower your memory multiplier to 8x so the RAM boots at 1600MHz, up your QPI voltage a little (usually 1.2-1.3V is the stable range) and it should resolve things.

UPDATE !

Thanks for the reply dude.
As my mobo doesnt have any option for memory multiplier , I chosed 1603 MHZ memory directly.
Then , configured my timings as 10-9-9-28. At first I leaved tRFC on AUTO. Computer didnt started.
More then this , I just figured out that tRFC had a role... I just made the value 90. Ta ta ta tamm. System started.
So Im on 4.2 GHZ and 1603MHZ ram now.
Also I made my Dram voltage 1.510 and QPI 1.312.
