I think the 313.95 is causing this. Might try 313.70 later. Thank you for posting.

thanks guys for replies, yes i thought id roll back my drivers but it seems nothing has changed, im highly considering doing a clean reofrmat of my entire pc including fresh windows frown.gif

theres something very wrong with my system as im very sure its not hardware due to all cards being like this so, hopefully a clean windows and reformat will help if not then ok it might be my cards but we'll see frown.gif

again thanks to all for the replys smile.gif

Thanks for the advice, turning on vsync in Nvidia controlpanel got my temps down to 56c and the game runs on constant 120fps, on very high settings.

well i first noticed it on dead space 3 when my temps hit 101 degrees Celsius, then i tried bf3 and fifa and same thing except fifa does go so high only to like 75C ish...but ye i have to either set my frame limit to 60 or 120 to get bearable temps

Not true in all cases. If you want to get rid of input lag you get rid of V-sync

In answer to this and all temp questions in this thread

Theres a fundamental point that needs to be made. The more frames your GPU's are pumping out the higher their temps will rise which is always the case in Dead Space games. The game itself is not very demanding which is why you are pumping out 400+ fps but because of that you are letting you GPU's do a 400 frame workload

Hmm I don't get it.

I thought 99% loaded GPU = Max heat.

While in DS3, a 99% loaded GPU pushes my current underclocked settings to 68c, in crysis 2 its barely pushed above 57c when 99% loaded. And it takes a LONG time to reach the 57c mark, with it mostly jumping in between 53~55c.
