GTX 660 Ti 2GB vs HD7950 3GB (can I please get a simple answer) - Page 5

No need for AA or AF? Also running at 1080p? Cheaper price? GO with a 660Ti.

Because when it comes down to it, you dont get loud noises inless you set your fan at %80, and if you want to run AA in a game like Crysis 3 a simple OC that isnt crazy will put you at 45-55FPS with no issues and still looking amazing, also power consumption.

On top of that whos to say when Titan comes out, or 700 series that the 660Ti will drop it price so if you are a FPS nerd like I am, you might pick up a second down the road.

I've been happy with my 660Ti since I started folding with it end of December, since than i've reached 1.5mil points so.

If anything just waiting a couple months, and wait for price's to drop!

HD7950 is better, 660TI is equal to HD7870.

So get a HD7950 or HD7870, but don't go NVidia, their cards are overpriced right now.

I'm just telling you what's all over the Internet. nvidia command a price premium for a reason. People know that their cards are going to work. They are so confident that they even allow editing to their drivers using nvidia inspector. same can't be said for radeons. was it not that the radeons couldn't even run dx9 games without issues recently? seriously

306 for bf3. 310 for fc3. what's for c3?

I'd get the 7950 over the 660Ti.
