Yet another voltage question

Hello
I'm a fairly cautious overclocker and while I was overclocking my Presler 950 after much questioning and researching I found out that the nominal voltage was 1.25v-1.4v and absolute max 1.55v. These were backed up on paper too I think although I cant find where anymore.

I have ordered a e6600 and was wondering what the nominal and absolute voltages are for the chip. Its fine to say "mine is at 1.6v and hasn't died" but I'd like to know if there is any actual real figures obtained from design specs or something.

Thanks
My System

Nominal would pretty much be the same as your Presler but max? Who knows? I know I won't ever use more than 10% above the max recommended which is 1.40v + 10% = 1.54v.

You can give as much Vc as you wish, that part is always up to the user.

Thanks for the reply Nasgul. I've tried to decipher the Conroe Spec sheet that you can download from intel but with no success. It seems to be a document more about Intel covering their ass.
I'm trying to find out, even if you are within thermal spec, at what voltage does electron tunneling and electromigration occur. Or if either of those are a consideration.

Edit: Actually I think it says nominal is 0.85v - 1.36v and Max is 1.55v
