Sure! I'll be sure to get some done. And by the way I'm not using a "suspension" method like I've seen some other wooden cases.

UPDATES!!

Got some Sketchup Screenshots, still need some tweaking

There will be more than one hard drive in the actual computer. And the fan on the top of the PSU cover is not the same fan in the next picture.

And here's what I got done today:

This motherboard tray and backplate will be painted flat black at some point in time.
Thanks for looking!

Very nice man!!! Love that recycled backplate.
I should get down to do the same thing with an old case I got...
Your sketchups look like what I was anticipating biggrin.gif
Awesome!

Not at the very least...

I'll do my best to start modding soon, I have no cpu atm and I got plenty of time to work on a project like that. Got to make a side window for my cm 690 II and some paint job and then I'll work on the wooden case, or maybe a glass case. That would be pretty cool!

A glass case wood be epic!! (See what I did with the wood there? Eh, Eh? rolleyes.gif) Seriously though, I would LOVE to see a glass case.

Doing it tastefully like your build would be a challenge. I know a place where I can get glass cut to any size for real cheap, I think it would work out nicely if I figure out how to glue the pieces together.
I think a classy look would be best, sort of like this or this...That one already looks like a test bench xD
A combination of metal and glass, maybe some of the glasses would have a different tint and the left side would be clear. biggrin.gif

I think fitting them together would work if you can make slots in the panels, like I did. Everything fits like a puzzle piece, and this thing is not glued together yet. I think a darker tint and a clear panel would work great. I think I'm going to have a gray smoked acrylic side panel on this one.

Awesome go for it! I love tinted glass/acrilyc windows...I think glass would look even better too and be more scratch proof.
