That thread is not as much help as it was before Stren and Marting fled the site, making all of the links to their threads in that post useless.

Pump (get an MCP655 or a variant or an MCP35X)
Reservoir (bay reservoirs suck, IMO)
Radiator (get a decent 480mm rad; the best one I have seen is the RX480, one of which I just bought)
Tubing (durelene and masterkleer are good; primochill advanced LRT might be good; get 1/2" or 7/16" if you are using barbs)
coolant (get distilled water, unless you want something fancy)
I think Bitspower is known for making good ones.
You can go with barb fittings as well, if you don't mind using clamps.


On the XPSC Raystorm, is that the waterblock only or the kit?

The block. I don't really like the kit because I don't like bay reservoirs.
