Got some information from a teacher at college, appently this could result to the power suply, or the RAM, or even the graphics card, i'm taking my 17" TFT monitor to his house tonight to find out weather or not its his monitor or his graphics card, also he said that my motherboard might not be earthed because i sprayed my screw holes where my motherboard goes in, hopefully i should have the problem resolved tonight, i got a spare PSU and monitor so if it isn't non of them it's rather the onbaord grx card or the mobo it's self lets hope not. i'll keep you updated

I would say you can rule that out. As soon as you put the screws back in the stand-offs, it would scrape the paint off so then you would have metal to metal contact. If your worried about it, you can take a screw and scratch off the paint on the rim and inside of the stand-off

my best guess would be the video card

Hey Wade, looks like you did a really nice job on the paint! Too bad your having issues with the hardware.

Good job nonetheless
