I'm pretty confused too, looks like overvolting to get an extreme overclock?

Yeah... I checked too. I guess these things were so rare they didn't feel the need to add a category. Hopefully none of the people that he beats will get upset and report it!

Yup! If you have temperature headroom, adding more voltage will often allow a higher overclock. When dry ice or liquid nitrogen cooling is used, you can send a lot more voltage through than would normally be considered "safe."
