Ok, but the design of the aircraft that the Blue Angels fly is owned by McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) as for the colors anyone is free to use blue and gold. The only reason that the US Navy Blue Angels would need any say in your project is if you are planing to use their Official logo and that authorization would have to come from the Department of Defense.
