Thanks man, exactly what I needed, let me just do a bit of searching on ebay and see which one I like.

Okay then I guess I'm now on the lookout for an AM2+ 970 board. One thing I can't stand about AMD is how vague their socket compatability is, that's why I asked to see what I could use. Not sure if I can get an AMD mobo though, I'm trying to get some money together to get everything else I need to put my 3570K on DICE!

A 970 chipset won't help, that is AM3+, AM2+ 790 chipset is the one you want, sure you just had a bit of dyslexia there but didn't want you to be looking for the wrong board.

After rebuilding my entire waterloop I figured up that load temp dropped from 51°C to 44°C. So I have nice headroom for running 1.55V

Um can I help in anyway? I have a 2500k with a 7850 on one rig and just inherited a E8400 machine. The only other video card I have is a 9600gt....ooh wait...my roommate has a 4890 sitting around I think.
