my eye burn while gaming plz advise - Page 3

@Hckngrtfakt design and coding too here actually for games only. I believe you about the light behind the monitor they even start to make monitors like that but since mine does not have that light can you give me a picture of where I should place the LEDs or light bulb

+1 to a pair of Gunnar Glasses. I bought some and started using them at work. It helps reduce eye strain alot.

1. Increase the brightness in the room
2. Decrease the brightness of your monitor
3. Install Flu.x. It won't run while you're gaming, but if you're just surfing the web late at night, it will adjust the brightness of your monitor automatically based on day/night. At night, the monitor gets warmer yellower colors that reduce eyestrain.
4. Take frequent breaks, e.g. 30 minutes into the game if you can pause/respawn, walk around and stare at something else for a minute or so

Yup what Hz is your monitor running at?
At certain Hz my eyes go all iffy.

But cranking it to 60hz or 144hz seems to help me.
