Newest version of TRIXX is supposed to work better for voltage control. Should be releases soon. (hopefully).

Side question: I don't want to go much past 1.3v for core, but whats an acceptable voltage for the memory?

Mine has 2x8 pin power connectors and Elpida memory. (confirmed)

Did you pull the cooler off to see? If not, how did you figure memory out?
