[Android Community] Samsung Galaxy S IV 5-inch 1080p display goes into production

Earlier this afternoon we reported on some rumors floating around that Samsung will announce and unveil their new Galaxy S IV flagship smartphone on March 15th. Reports suggest an initial Samsung Unpacked event will take place, with retail availability coming sometime in April. Today new reports seem to align perfectly with those rumors.

I hope so! My contract of my HTC Desire ends in April. I can upgrade from March 18th but I think if correct, I will leave it a few weeks or so.

Really? What was wrong with your HTC?

I've loved all of my HTC devices; had like 6 of them starting way back with Windows Mobile. Always been absolute tanks and survived everything.

...Except for one that got ran over by a forklift...

I'm all for functionality these days. Not really interested in this phone.

Bring on functionality phones! When is Samsung going to make a qwerty superphone? In April I'm trading in my phone (which will pay for the contract and then some) and then jumping on the Q10. biggrin.gif

Well my first evo 3d essentiall fell apart. Metal bezel fell off around the screen, and the other one around the camera fell off as well. Then the entier far left quarter inch from top to bottom would no longer accept input, and started spreading along the bottom. It would randomly start pushing buttons on its own, turn off during phone calls, randomly not accept input, and click complete different places than where i really was. So i just replaced it under warranty($100). So far the new one is good to go, but i've only had it for almost a week. That last one left a bad taste in my mouth.
