Mouse Youtube Issue

I managed to fix it last time around, all I had to do was turn off "Hardware Acceleration".

Now with HTML 5 I don't actually have that option.

Whenever I watch a youtube video "Not in HD" the Menu Bars keep going up and down like I'm moving the mouse.

This happens even when it's upside down.

I'm using Google Chrome, Roccat Kone, and I do not have a toolbar.

Unfortunately this will not fix my problem. =/
