i tried looking for benchmarks for 680 4GBs in 2 way SLI at least... couldnt find any. Only single card configs.. didn't spot any info on VRAM usage either.

Oh yeah! Forgot about Titan! I'd hold out for Titan and see how the performance is...

and Swolern is right... the 256bit memory interface might hurt it some... but i still cant find good benchmarks...

4gb dont help with 2-way SLI. 3-way you might get a little benifit, especially with mods. But then you have 3-way SLI issues. AND TRUST ME 3-WAY SLI HAS ISSUES WITH A LOT OF GAMES! http://www.hardocp.com/article/2013/01/14/asus_geforce_gtx_670_directcu_ii_4gb_sli_review/6#.URMvdR3naMM

Trust me if the Titan lives up to the hype it is going to be the "GO TO" card for high-end users. 690 performance(on a single GPU), 6gb vram, 384 bit memory interface!
