EDIT: Scratch that... you're running on a single monitor settup with SLI 680s. Meh. Why are you even worried about Titan? Epeen most likely.
"Oh noes! This one card MIGHT be faster/better than mine! I must trash it imediately!"
Actually at 1440P I can name off a few games that have been seen hitting a VRAM issue at 2GB.
Skyrim - Modded
FC3 - Some debate on this.
Crysis 3 is rumored to be an offender - We don't know yet.
While his, Wutang's, setup is all sorts of awesome bad ass, I can see why he would want to upgrade. At 1080P his system would be solid for a couple years give or take, but people that game at 1440P+ really shouldn't have anything under 3GB of VRAM. Then the very few of us that run 120Hz 1440P displays want mad horsepower, the draw of Titan.

But I don't know I only play on 1920x1080 and my GTX470 is still giving me excellent performance. So by comparison the Titan if all rumored is true very well could give me performance for a very long time
I rocked the 470 @1080P for a long while, it was great! I did have to replace when I went 1440P, but the 470 is a champ of a card.
