Thanks, Chris. I'm planning on back filling a bit with some detail shots, my DSLR has been back and forth to Canon a couple of times for the past 2 months for a focusing problem, should be back later this week. For now, more iPhone shots.

Here's the 24 pin connection at the Aquaero 5. Connected to pins 2 & 3 of the relay switch. I just have 3 fans and the PWM pump control running off of this Aquaero, which is nice because water cooling it would be a real pain.

Alas, the power cable is hopelessly buried under layers of other things, so the key parts aren't readily visualized.

The EVGA comes with a burly cable, I think 12 or 14 gauge wire on each lead, has a huge noise suppressor and plug at PSU end, and it's just around 1/2 inch thick. Since I'm mounting my PSU in the main compartment, I needed my own cable from the rear of the case to the PSU. So it's cut, sleeved, and soldered to a IEC C14 male receptacle mounted in a PSU cover plate. Although I have acrylic tubing in the main compartment, I used sleeved tubing where it's normally hidden. The PSU cable is sleeved in the same black.

I originally planned to include a power switch on the rear, but had space problems with the radiators. It's something I think I can fix, but in the interest of getting this thing to a bootable state, I moved on.

At this point I am just waiting on PCI-E connectors for the custom cables*. Everything is sleeved except for those. Routing and training the cables on those will be a chore, still haven't picked the best route.

*edit--this is not true, one 140 cm fan dead and one PA-2 a bit wonky. Those will be replaced soon as well.
