When did I say run them at full tilt...? all I said was run them a little faster...not the whole 12v

also costing $75 odd more...good for some but not for others....as I said these rads will most likely have 9-13 FPI so uber power fans aren't needed.

But 38 dBA for 3 fans that can push 150 CFM + per fan isn't that bad...at all. I will have to buy 3 to see what I think in person saying that 38 dBA is good and all but there is also what type of sound signature the fans have also.

But the 3 Phobya's I have a quiet, very quiet...but barely blow enough to be called a stiff fart.

Info about the Monsta radiators:

The Monsta radiators, with a thickness of 80mm, are the first of their size on the market. Hence we were just as keen on finding out how they perform as the independent reviewers!
The tests show that it has significantly increased flow rates than thinner radiators. The cooling performance increased greatly with increased fan speed. Sounds normal, but this radiator shows a different performance profile than standard radiators: At 500rpm the Monsta is slightly better than its 60mm brother, but with increasing fan speed the difference increases: At 800rpm the Monsta already performs much better, and at 1200rpm a Monsta radiator is performing almost as well as a 60mm thick radiator with one fan more, at the same fan speed!
This is truly amazing, and all that at this affordable price!

Crap, and I JUST ordered the magicool 180 for my friends build!
Fixed it, along with the "monstra"s in the post itself, and spoiler'd the info. That's a bit much to scroll through if you're looking at it at the product pages instead.

Which one? Alphacool's rads are mostly Magicool-made, anyway, very likely including the Monstas.

Bgear Blaster and some of Akasa's 140mm fans are pretty good.
