X2 4200+ temp

Thread Starter
I was wondering if i should be worried about this temp at this clock speed under full load or if it looks about right?

55C on load is the limit you should be hitting until you get better cooling. Also, please fill out your system specs. Located in the User CP tab on the top of the webpage.

EDIT: Nice OC btw!

well my case is slightly cramped at the moment thinking about getting a cm stacker or a thermaltake armor. that should get some air moving.

just for an update i cleaned my heatsink and fan (thermaltake beetle) and added that optional fan on the exhaust. I am now running full load 48C, stable and about to see if i can't break the 3ghz mark. not bad for just air in my opinion. I never thought to clean it until today.
