Thread Starter
Oh crap I forgot that I made this thread.

Anyway, before I stuck my sticks into my system, I replaced the Platinum heatspreaders with the copper Vantec ones, and I saw that the chips are Infineon. What difference does it make? And how exactly do I overclock memory? In the process of overclocking my CPU, I noticed that my memory now runs DDR433 with 133 divider versus the stock DDR400, so how exactly did I get there?

Maybe they have TCCD's though, better for OC

Most companys rate there ram to run at low specs, so the Corsair and ValueSelect are both rated stock to that, but the Corsair will most likely OC much much better than the ValueSelect because it uses better chips

IDK what the chips are called, but it's either TCCD or BH or something
A TCCD or BH-5 chip cannot be larger then 512mb...
