1. Yes, but can you say that said liquids were used in early nuclear reactors? That alone adds to the coolness factor.
2. Of course you wouldn't drink it all at once, but to replace fluid lost via sweating and urination. If you do it that way, you can increase D20 concentration in a safe and gradual manner. Well, safe until you get to the point where it kills you from something other than water intoxication, at least.
3. I hope you know that I'm kidding. At 500-600 dollars per liter, it's just not cost effective even if it did work
