I think you are confusing Saints Row with GTA IV here. GTA requires you register to about 3 different things (one is the social club cr@p). Saints Row The Third is a good buy if you liked GTA Vice City, despite Saints Row having a name as the poor mans GTA It is much more tongue in cheek and off the wall crazy making it far more fun (IMO) than GTA IV (which I thought was junk).

Also your 670 should smash through the Witcher 2 with no problems. Have you tried running it as is rather then forcing constraints on it via Nvidia control panel?

To the point where I just keep turning the game off and tinkering with settings, then getting angry LOL. I am determined to play this game, but I am determined to do it without that graphical tearing! Someone told me that perhaps my GTX 670 couldn't handle it. If that's true, I'll buy another 670 and SLI them, and overclock things.
i played it on max settings with my 670 ftw and got ~30 fps, so lower just a couple of things and you should be able to play it just fine.

@arion69, ubersampling... I don't even remember that option. But I will try that out. I have a friend with a GTX 480 (which is not far behind the 670)

A 480 is significantly slower than a 670. But anyway, a 670 can handle Witcher 2 with everything maxed with uber off. I never had tearing.
