I called customer service about not getting a key when pre-ordering the game. EA customer service was very nice and told me that I didn't get selected and also stated that there was a little disclaimer somewhere during the checkout process stating that pre-orders are not guaranteed (though the advertising stated it). Regardless, I canceled my pre-order so I could re-order it with the new promotion of 20 bucks off your next purchase. Glad I called though otherwise I would have waited till beta closed hoping for an email.

And just for the record, sharing utilities across cities in a region is not a multiplayer function. Its a core feature of SimCity that existed even in SC4.
