The fan controller in my 600T died, and after nearly 2 months of emails, one day a whole new 600T showed up at my front door. That was awesome, but playing phone/email tag was kind of annoying.

No excuse for a company to play games and waste customers time.
Unless one is going to mod the heck out of a case, customer service IMO is so very important and I sometimes think that at least some of the company's take a "a purchaser will become a fanboy no matter how we may treat them after the purchase" attitude but what they're doing is losing that customer when time comes that such customer requires RMA or the difficulty in reaching them.
For instance, I can't stand when any company will tell you that they'll get back with you but don't which irritates me to no end.
