Thanks for the correction and you pretty much got it with cooler master.

FD is top notch. Sent replacement parts without question. It was definitely snail mailed though.

Better to have at least sent parts out right away via snail mail than awaiting for someone "to eventually get around to doing so".

Thanks for your post.

Repped and your first congrats! biggrin.gif

I have it right but needed to make clear that although they are what I said I cannot blame the people that one reaches by phone/email/chat/E-rma when they promise something because they don't in the end call the shots in a matter of speaking.  It's always someone else down the line who doesn't care to do their job hence messing up their company.  I blame the upper-management there for it's failure to follow through with the direction of their people to provide customers with the appropriate customer service 100% of the time, I think currently that figure is closer to 35% in my opinion which is being nice about it.

Nick did you figure out what cases yet? smile.gif

I've (fortunately) never had to go through custmer service for all cases I've used, but I can confirm Fractal Design's is awesome. We discussed at length optimal flan placement over e-mails, they shared what turned out, in their tests, to be be best set-up for the amount of fans I wanted to use.

Wow now that's customer service for a different reason!

Thanks so much for your post!

I can also confirm that FD is awesome; I used to own a Core 3000 and one of my USB2 headers was faulty so I contacted them and asked if they would sell me a new front panel pcb with cables. Package from FD showed up at my doorstep in three days later, fo free!

Maybe it is just because they are still growing and trying to get that faithful customer base, but hopefully this continues! Mass respect is gained through proficient CS.

I do hear similar positive things with Corsair CS as well; I'd have no problem buying anything from Corsair ever. But I can only share what I've experienced thumb.gif

Edit: Luckily I haven't had to deal with BitFenix CS yet, but I do not hear any bad things. The CS staff seems rather involved on their website forums.
