I am writing about a company I don't recommend this time. I recently built a customers computer in the AZZA Hurrican 2000 (it's what he insisted on getting and wouldn't build a computer through me if I didn't use that case). The case arrived in the box at his house, and he said there was a rattling noise when the FedEx guy handed him the box. I opened the box because my customer was afraid to, so what I ended up seeing was the sidepanel door split in half. I called AZZA support by phone ((714) 990-5625 in case anyone cares to know) and was put on hold for 3 hours. A woman came on, and asked me how my day was, I said fine except that my customer's AZZA Hurrican 2000's side panel was split in half, and then she hung up on me. I still built the computer for my customer, and gave him a temporary case I had lying around for $20. It was a mid tower case that I bought for $40 and had put a rig for my mom in, but she wanted a smaller case. so I had it lying around. My customer still wants an AZZA Hurrican 2000 though.
I tell you that if this or any company with that attitude and lack of customer service shouldn't be allowed to be around.
So sorry for your terrible experience with AZZA.
This thread will be valuable to many I think.
