I recently had a good experience with SilverStone USA customer service. I received my PS07 case from Amazon, and for some reason the clips on the side panel that hooked onto the top panel were overly tight which resulted in paint chipping away on parts of that top panel. After fixing the overly tight side panel clips, I was left with a crappy looking top panel. I e.mailed them up two days ago asking if it was a possibility to just purchase a new top panel for my case.
Today I got two e.mails; one from SilverStone saying a new top panel was being shipped out today, and another e.mail from UPS with a tracking number. Sadly, it is not scheduled for delivery until the 27th, but then again it is coming from California.
Overall, I can say I'm satisfied
Good to get notified without having to babysit a company to do the right thing.
I wished my dealings with one company I have in mind was that good.
Also good to hear another positive Silverstone USA experience.
