Here is the link with the new cpu and card: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/CvtZ

The monitor Shimian QH270 IPS, that you posted on a first post is much better than an 3d of any kind.
you could also go with Dell U2412M or U2312HM
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/dell-monitor-m2gcr
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/dell-monitor-4691253

gpu :cheapest 7850 with 2gb.

cpu : i3 2xxx of extend budget a little bit and buy i5 3350p, and you will never need to upgrade, it is everything 3570k is just 300mhz slower and non oc.

Psu: I would go with seasonic s12 380w, corsair cx430, antec 380d, thou that thermaltake isn`t bad either.

I thought the 3xxx i3 was better than the 2xxx series. And I am not getting a 3D monitor any more I am just getting a 23" 1080p one.
Also the Gigabyte card is the highest I can afford.
I'll see what I can do with the PSU.
The Thermaltake I've chosen is a quality 500W PSU and is cheaper than all others mentioned.

Yes the i3 3xxx are better because they're Ivy.

Buy IPS or va(mva or pva) panel one, they are way more better than TN.
my suggestion is go with this lg model, they made a mistake in info it`s14ms iso, 5ms gtg, it`s great bang for $.

GPU: you have promo on these two also

consider it alongside gigabyte, you wont make mistake with eiter, thou gigabyte is most quiet, have 2x10cm vents.

PSU: as I sad TT isn`t bad, go for the cheapest one of these,my listed and adridu59 suggestion. TT is made by channel well, and they also made corsair`s tx series.

CPU: Go with intel i5 3350p, it is a little bit over your budget, but is best price/performance cpu in any category.

RAM : Crucial 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 it has cas8, and it`s very cheap.

I was planning on getting this monitor http://www.amazon.com/AOC-i2367Fh-23-Inch-Screen-Monitor/dp/tech-data/B009V8F700/ref=de_a_smtd I know it has a bezel even though it says it doesn't.

I don`t know which ips panel uses, but it looks nice.

good upgrade thumb.gif

See if you can also squeeze in the 2GB version of the R7850.
More gpu memory will come in handy for high resolution gamig.

I wish I could, but I have cut as much as I could and added as much as I could and the computer is maxed out on my budget. I may eventually upgrade it but I think 1GB is enough for me, thanks! smile.gif
