i7 3930k: Proper voltages for 4.5 Ghz?

I get the Vcore one, but the other two options i don't know much about. I fear they may be on wrong voltages for 4.5 Ghz overclock... So, anyone know what they do and what volts they should be?

I'm in the same boat as you, man. I can't get a stable 4.5 without bumping my Vcore to 1.42volts, past the 1.4 safe I wanted. I'm reading people on here able to get 4.5 at 1.36-1.38, seems impossible for me. Let me know what you did if you figured it out.

it's stable for me on 1.38v... the trick is that you set the vCore to 1.440v, and then what happens is that the LLC, if put on turbo, pulls that down to 1.38v under heavy load. Stable so far.

Turns out the recent BSODs pointed to the ****ty Intel RSTe RAID drivers... really, Intel? i switched to M$ ACHI default driver and it works fine.

Holy... Then I would be cruising past 1.4 when idling and not under heavy load. Seems a little much... You can definitely lower your vcore assuming you're still at 4.5

that's not a problem really... C1E, EIST and powersaving options are on. It's basically stock volts at idle to 1.38v at load. Never really 1.44v as it was set in BIOS.
