1045t and Cooler Master important question

How much GHZ can i safely overclock to with the Cooler Master 212 plus and a ASrock n68c-s ucc???

Only your processor knows for sure.

It's really, really hard to kill an AMD CPU. They auto shut down before they overheat. That's what they're supposed to do and they do it well.
