hi ive been without a headset for a while so i thought i might get one. im stuck between the corsair vengance 1300 and 1500.
i am open to others aswell so feel free to give more options smile.gif .
so heres the dilema. should i get the 1300. 1300 with a sound card or get the 1500 . if it helps i own some dre beats studio (dont hate rolleyes.gif ) and would a soundcard make a difference to them. they are actually alright for gaming. i wouldnt want to go crazy on a soundcard unless the difference is huge. thanks

It is.
I think it's safe to say that even a $10 sound card would be better than the best on board sound.
It's even huger with a better sound card.

If you get the 1500 you dont need a soundcard because it connects using the USB and has its own software running the sound,. For your budget the 1500 is the best option and dont use your Beats for gaming.

good luck

ok thanks. i know about the USB 1500 having its own audio software. im routing for the 1300 atm depending on how much im willing to spend on a soundcard. my beats are actually alright for gaming but i rarely use them for that purpose smile.gif rep+
