My thoughts exactly. I was rather tempted at first glance, but now it seems like an overstylized piece of plastic. If the side bits are metal, then I'd order one instantly, but it definitely seems like shiny plastic which is a huge turn-off for me.

I live in Shanghai and have x300 from Taobao.com

+ Pretty nice device. Looks very solid.
+ High quality materials, plastic top, rich carton, extra legs.
+ Thumb buttons are nice: metal, easy to reach and good feedback.
+ Two speeds.
+ Cool charger, looks comparable with Mamba.
+ Cheap.
+ It's lighter then my G700.

- It have to be noticed that x300 has a low profile. 3,5 cm height.
- Medium size: Not for big like mine. Painfully sometimes. Maybe I have to try a claw grip, dunno...
- Only Chinese driver, no English menu.
- Two many icons in tray.

Resume: thumb.gif So, I like it, but too small and low for me. Not using actually.

P.S. Can trade for CMStorm Inferno or Gigabyte M8000X. Not tryed them yet. Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Yeah, horrible English translations are pretty common.
