Ah, sorry. Is that much of a deal? I live 5 minutes from the Brampton store that has one.

Very good deal for 7950.

Lowest 7950 I have seen is Gigabyte for $289 before tax / shipping. Still too much for me.

I have the card. It is an awesome card, with close to 7950 and even 7970 performance when overclocked. Here's my 3dmark 11 score so you decide:

I was looking at that as well. Even if they get stock in, the deal is In-Store Only. Wish there was a CC around me, I'd have been all over that.

OP, since your buying in Canada. If you find a great deal, price match at memoryexpress.com for an extra 25% off the difference (so cross your fingers that MemX has a hige markup, cause it will make the price match cheaper. I got a Hyper 212 Evo they sell for $35, I paid $16.)

I ended up ordering the card. Then a Powercolor 7950 went on sale and it would have been under my budget after the rebate. Oh well... doh.gif

I have only tried a few games, but the card has impressed me. It maxes Battlefield 3 at all settings ultra and max MSAA @ 1680x1050p resolution. 40-70fps. 38 was the minimum I saw.

The fan is a bit noisy. Mine runs at 35% speed (highest it's been) during BF3. Coming from a GTS 250 I would say it's about the same noise level.

My 7870 Myst vs my friend's Gigabyte 7950 which I chose for him and installed is huge difference sound wise. The Gigabyte is very quiet at full load.

The card does run cool though even with 1 fan. 68 degrees full load. Still need to overclock.
