How do I overclock my memory to the rated speed?

Hello,

I just built my first PC recently and the bios is telling me that the memory is running at 1333mhz but I want it to run at the rated speed of 1866mhz. I can't seem to find any recent memory overclocking guides that have been helpful. The main components are as follows:

AMD 5800k @ 4.3Ghz
ASUS F2A85-M-LE
Kingston HyperX Predator 8gb 1866mhz

I would appreciate it if someone could either link me to a current and reputable guide or suggest how I could get the memory to run faster.

Hello,

Top ways:

1. Go into the Bios and Activate the XMP Profile it should set it all for you.

2. Manually set your Ram Speed to 1866Mhz, Manually set Voltage to rated specs,
If it doesnt boot, set the first four timings manually, like 9-10-9-25-2T,
You should be able to find those on your Memory Stick, Package, Website or CPU-Z

Thanks, I used CPU Z to get the right settings and then changed them in the bios
