Corsair Case fans Vs. Other Leading brand fans?

Hello, looking for information about Case fans. I really like the design that the Corsair Air Series have. Im looking for ascetics similar to these in other brand name fans as well as balanced performance and quietness.

Thanks!

willing to answer all questions.

I like Noctua fans better, but they are quite ugly.

Scythe GTs are also very good.

None of the high performance fans are all that much better than any others, though.

Currently using AF120 performance editions. They aren't too bad. They move good amount of airflow. Only gripe I have about it is that it's a bit expensive, but I think it's mostly worth the price. Noise wise, they aren't too loud, but they make an audible sound.

For heatsinks/radiators, it still might be best to go with Gentle Typhoons.

Hm, alrighty, I was just wondering. I do not wish to pay the Corsair price for these, as my paychecks so soooooo little. I have also been wondering if these high preformance fans, or any other high preformance fans (wanting them in blue) for a black or white NZXT case.

A little off topic, but hell, its OCN, lets ask questions. Would these be well optimized with any NZXT full tower case?

My plans are to use 1 or 2 Corsair or similar fans on an H80 or H100 cooler. to cool my CPU. and a couple side fans to cool a 7950.

If they're case fans you could just go for Yate loon fans. It won't make a massive difference.

Pictures? links?

Also, while im here, im wondering about the phantecks. I want to go H80, but i wouldnt really want to risk the water leaking, even if there is a very slight chance,
120 MM fans are what im looking for, and im using Vengeance RAM as well on a z77 asrock Mobo.

They aren't amazing, but they are very cheap, and high performance fans aren't all that important for case fans.

Yate Loons are very inexpensive and for the price, they perform pretty well.

For the Corsair fans, you want to go with the SP1XX (SP meaning Static Pressure; currently only 120mm I believe) fans because the 3x static pressure it has over its AF fans might be doing something, or I'm just assuming wrong but the SP fans outperforms its AF fan counterpart over at X-Bit Labs. Links below.

Just skip to the second to last page for the charts. Corsair seems to be the king of the hill for CFM/dBA (airflow in cubic feet for every decibel of noise; basically efficiency) out of the bunch. They achieve a CFM/dBA ratio less than 1, so I guess that isn't too good. Hardware.info did a huge roundup of fans from 80mm to 140mm. Based on their results, there were a few fans that had a ratio higher than 2. I made a notepad awhile ago listing those fans.

Case Fans.txt 1k .txt file

Testing methodologies, but Hardware.info doesn't provide photos.
