Intel X5680

Thread Starter
Hi, I don't know if this been covered before but i searched and didn't find any single X5680 setups.

So how well will a single X5680 preform?

And is it worth it if I'm only going to use one cpu?

I'm getting the X5680 cheap, otherwise i would of went with something new.

Thanks

The 1366 hexa cores are still plenty powerful today. Get that baby up to 4.5Ghz and you'll be beating out current 4 core Intel chips on multi threaded applications.

Basically you'll be running a 980x without the unlock multi. I had a 980x and then a 990x, I still regret selling the 990x.
