To measure from molex use measurer with NEW battery cause weak battery can give lowered readings.

You are monitoring voltages with software. I can't say i have every seen or heard of very accurate measurements with any program.

Right now it's saying my Corsair is at 12.35 atm. To get a more accurate reading. Just use a voltage tester. Otherwise you won't ever get an accurate reading.

Yeah but these new digital psu's should increase the software reading, has inside some kind of CPU.

There is a significant difference between "should" and "does". Voltage monitoring is something that either cannot or as of yet has not been implemented accurately through software. A multimeter is always the way to go. Multimeters should be able to read from the Molex, but make sure the molex you're looking at comes out of the same rail as the one you're loading. If it's a multi-rail power supply, then as far as I know, one rail can be loaded down and badly out of spec while the other rail is going to report that all is well.
