good 754 mobo cheap

i am building a computer for my little brother to use for wow and other games and i have some 754 chips lying around dont use could someone suggest a decent clocking board that is around the 40 dollar mark.i only have acompaq board my friend gave me and i cant clock it, it just needs a minor clock its a 2.0 ghz athlon 64 venice i just want it at 2.2 for a little extra...... thanks 4 ur help

Do you want it to have AGP of PCI-E?

For AGP, I know a guy that runs a folding rig/backup gaming on this, and its a solid board. Pretty cheap, too.

needs pci-e for my graphics card i am giving to him so i can get a 7900gt.lol duke thats the mobo i have cept socket 939 its great but kinda expensive for just a midrange rig

That is the board I use. Tons of overclocking options. Not terribly diffucult to use though it does have some pretty advanced options.
