You need more than 1 titan to do that sorry guys to burst all your bubbles...

Again you guys should worry on how hot and how good this card will overclock ON AIR im not expecting watercooling support for it neither and availability will be out of the question....

Right now, who cares about 4K? Seriously, 4K is several years away, I think current cards support it just as a marketing point to say "Look what we can do!".

Thank you Cloud, +Rep. So while going 680 > 780 isn't "bad", it will no longer be the top end card. Yeah I mean, I'm absolutely loving my 680 otherwise, and it performs superbly in almost all titles I've played. It's shocking how powerful it is and yet it draws less power than the 580 and is a bit smaller too (and soooo quiet). I could easily see a refresh of it as was said, becoming a very good choice for the average gamer if the price isn't too high.

Excited to see how Titan will play out. Even a 50% increase over a 680 is huge and is fine by me.

Provided they have a Display Port on it, it can drive 4k. Just because that one listing said 2650x1650 (or whatever it said) doesn't make it true.

^^
Surely some people would like to show the benchies around here thats all good this card would be for honestly lol...

Or do you think i would shed @ thousand bucks to get stuck @ 1080P?
670/680 and 7950/7950 can do that on crysis 3 no issues.

No clue, somehow he's derailed this thread to be boasting about his overclocked gpu. Didn't even see the transition and had to triple check the title of the thread wink.gif

I was talking about getting close to the performance as those charts as of right now... AND STILL is not enough..

The bench is a slideshow to begin with... Crysis 3 runs good on 1x7970 upto 1080P

Why you buy this card for then??? If is not for mutiple-display setup and res higher than 1080P??
Metro las light would be the last demanding game of 2013.. By the time we see another game that requires power there would be new gpus shredding apart the "TITAN"

What you buy this card for???

Eh....oh, I don't know. Maybe situations where some of us have a single display at 2560x1440 or 2560x1600...

I personally run 2560x1440 @ 120Hz, and while a 7970 does well with most games, there are a few situations where I want more power out of a single card.

Oh, and the raw compute power of them.
